October 20, 2009 - Board of Supervisors Hearing - Rescission of Development Agreements
The Board will consider rescinding the development agreements approved in December 2008. See the Take Action page for more information.
December 9, 2008 - Board of Supervisors Hearing - Santa Barbara, Time TBA
The Board will consider a series of revisions to the Project and its conditions, designed to respond to the Coastal Commission's rejection of the October 21 submittal and to facilitate more rapid construction at Naples. The Board will consider extending the contract for Naples planner Tom Figg through the end of 2009. Initially considered on November 18, the item was continued for additional information and analysis. Supporters should email Supervisors and ask that this contract be allowed to expire, and Naples project issues be handled by a staff planner at the Planning and Development Department in the future. January 6, 2009 - First 2009 Board of Supervisors Hearing - Santa Barbara
Attend the Welcoming Ceremony and administration of the oath to new 3rd District Supervisor Doreen Farr. The Ceremony will start at 9 am, and will likely be followed by a reception. Join us in welcoming a new era in the 3rd District and a better day for Gaviota!!!
